At PostEngine, your data belongs to you. If you would like to permanently delete your account data — including any connected Facebook or Instagram information — you can request deletion at any time.
When you submit a deletion request, all of the following data linked to your PostEngine account is permanently removed from our systems.
All connected Facebook Page information, OAuth tokens, and page management permissions granted to PostEngine.
Your connected Instagram Business account details, publishing permissions, and any associated profile metadata.
All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens stored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other connected social platforms.
All pending, queued, or drafted posts — including AI-generated posters, captions, and their associated scheduling data.
Your business name, address, services, brand colors, Google Business Profile connection, and all onboarding information.
Your email address, name, profile data, subscription records, payment history, and all personal account details stored by PostEngine.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible
Once your data deletion request is verified and processed, all associated data is permanently removed from PostEngine's systems and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any content you wish to keep before submitting your request.
Follow these three simple steps. We process all deletion requests within 30 days and confirm via email.

Once verified, PostEngine will permanently delete all data associated with your account from our systems within 30 days. We will also revoke any active OAuth access tokens with Meta/Facebook and other connected platforms.

After deletion is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email. All your data — including Facebook/Instagram tokens, business profile, content plans, and account records — will be permanently erased.
